Have an overseas qualification and want to get back into your industry?

As part of Hume Multiversity, Hume Council is sponsoring up to 25 residents to participate in the Melbourne Polytechnic OQP Victoria program to help get overseas qualified residents back into the employment areas they have trained in.

Topics covered include resume development, responses to key selection criteria, interview skills, oral and written interactions in the workplace (formal and informal), employer research skills, industrial relations and occupational health and safety. Participants may also undertake a 6-12 week industry placement relevant to their profession.
