Designerform Pty Ltd is a manufacturing business in Campbellfield and an opportunity exists for an experienced Chief Financial Officer/ Accountant to join our team.

The Role

The role of Chief Financial Officer and Accountant is a fulltime position (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) involving overseeing office staff and operations to ensure an efficient and productive work environment. Knowing and adopting the company policies and procedures is essential for compliance.

  • Proven accounts experience
  • Solid understanding of debtor and creditors
  • Proficiency in managing accounts
  • The confidence and tact to deal with business owners and customers directly


Experience:

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Use of MYOB Account Right
  • Accounting & bookkeeping
  • Financial statement presentation
  • Budgeting and cashflow planning
  • Dealing with foreign currency conversions and payments


Responsibilities & Typical Duties

  • Overseeing and managing office staff
  • Management and payment of Australian, European and Japanese creditors
  • Consolidation and reconciliation of all companies
  • Management of bank accounts, credit cards, transactions and reconciliation
  • Regular collation and presentation of sales analysis’ and reports
  • Monitoring and recording stocktake
  • Payroll, BAS, PAYG, FBT and Superannuation
  • Design and implementation of employee policies and procedures
  • Plant & Risk Management
  • Asset Register management
  • Freight Forwarding
