Part Time Administration, Customer Support and Sales role – Campbellfield
Founded in 2005, a family owned business based in Campbellfield that supplies vegan products to cafes, pizza shops and restaurants right across Australia is seeking to employ a Part Time Administration Customer Support and Sales person to join their team.
Applicants must have great customer service skills, time management skills and the ability to liaise with all members of the team. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment, take ownership of their role, and work to deadlines
- Answering phones - dealing with customer issues
- Customer service (mainly phone based, but in other ways as well)
- Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure correct despatch of orders
- Office management
- Liaising with couriers
Hours of work are 8am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday
Previous experience in using: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive.
MYOB accounting software (preferred, but not essential)
