POSITION: Hire Technician
REPORTS TO: Hire Manager
LOCATION : Head Office, Sunbury
The role will consist of delivering and installing the clients AV requirements around the UK on a day to
day basis. This role will require early starts and willing to travel. The ideal candidate will need to be
smart, well presented and extremely helpful as the role will be client facing. The candidate will also
need to be fit and healthy as some heavy lifting will be involved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rigging and de rigging of presentation systems. I.e. screens, speakers and IT systems.
Working with Clients to ensure they receive excellent service.
Liaising with Clients and the office to ensure smooth running of the events.
Technical knowledge of short term AV solutions and a basic grasp of AV in general
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enthusiastic and organized.
The confidence to work under pressure in a professional environment’
A clean driving license
Be a key team player
Must be flexible as overtime will be involved, some weekends and evening’s overnight stays
will also be required.
