The part you’ll play

With a range of clerical responsibilities in the office, you’ll be one of a team looking after the import and export of our customers, providing high level of customer service for internal and external customers, assisting with cargo enquiries; performing various administrative duties such as data entry, daily banking, cash handling, managing daily mail and accounts administration; conducting live animal checks on behalf of airline customers and undertaking projects and additional duties as required. Following airline and company specific procedures, you’ll put our customers’ - and their customers’ - needs at the heart of everything you do.

Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass and a valid driving licence.
